The areas where you can type will now be highlighted in light blue. Using your mouse, left-click in each light blue box as needed and type in the required information. Note: The “Signature” line(s) will not have a light blue box. Your signature will be completed in the next step.

After you’ve completed typing in the form, you are ready to sign it.

Near the top of the window, locate the icon of a fountain pen and the word SIGN. Left-click it once, then left-click ADD SIGNATURE *.

This will open up another window where you can either type or draw your signature (there is a third option, “Image”, but it is rarely used).

After typing or drawing your signature, left-click the APPLY button. Now, you’ll be back on the main screen. Your mouse pointer has now turned into your signature.

* NOTE: Each additional time you sign a document, your computer may remember your signature from the previous signing and display it in the drop down menu. If so, simply click on it and proceed to the next step.

Without clicking on anything yet, position the cursor/signature over the line in the document where your signature needs to be.

Left-click once. Your signature will now be on the page.

If the signature is too small, left-click on the signature once, then click on the large letter A until the signature is as big as you would like it.

When you are finished filling out and signing the document, you must SAVE it by left-clicking the FILE drop-down menu at the top-left of the screen, then go down to SAVE and left-click on it. Save the document back to you desktop.

You can send the signed document attached to an email to whomever it needs to go to.
